1. Online admission is not subject to cancellation and admission fee will not be refunded.
2. Admission to our institution after thorough consideration of the matter of admission. Any type of mistake is not acceptable once admitted.
3. Fees are non-refundable if the student's admission is canceled in case of disciplinary infraction.
4. Compulsory passing of the examination of that course by the trainee to get the certificate.
5. The medium of examination and certificate will be online only.
6. The referral income percentage rate will be fully owned by Pccf.
7. The trainee who takes admission in the course will have to follow all the rules of the institute.
8. Legal action will be taken for any act that harms the integrity of the organization.
9. Every trainee shall be loyal to the Institute and perform studies and other work.
10. The income earned on the online course will be credited to your account subject to the rules of the institution.
11. From the income received by each trainee, the income will be calculated after taxes (GST, TDS etc.) as per the rules of the Government.
12. Credit of Referral Income shall be at the sole discretion of the organization. At this time the trainee has to give consent to the institution.
13. The trainee has to be aware of the rules of the institute from time to time. The trainee has to keep the information about the rules.
14. Mobile is prohibited in the center.
15. Any kind of addiction cannot happen in the ongoing class.
16. Professing or misbehaving in the center will result in cancellation of admission.
17. Classes in progress cannot be left except on leave.
18. Trainee has to apply leave in writing one day before sanction of leave. The trainee who fails to do so will have to pay penalty as per the rules of the institute.
19. Leave request of any trainee over phone will not be entertained except under compelling circumstances.
20. It is mandatory for the trainee to attend the class on time. Can't sit in class without reason.
21. The student has to deposit the fee for the course in the center in time and in advance as per rules. If it has been decided to pay the fee through installment system, the installments of the fee have to be paid regularly. Otherwise fine will have to be paid.
22. The examination of the students will be conducted online and the certificate will also be given in an online PDF file. The student who fails the examination will have to retake the examination within the time limit.

વિધાર્થી નિયમ

1. ઓનલાઇન પ્રવેશ રદ થવાને પાત્ર નથી તેમજ એડમિશન ફી પરત કરવામાં આવશે નહીં.
2. અમારી સંસ્થા એડમિશન લેવા બાબતે સંપૂર્ણ વિચારવિમર્શ કરીને એડમિશન લેવું. એકવાર એડમિશન થયા પછિ કોઇપણ પ્રકારની ગફલત સ્વીકાર્ય નથી.
3. શિસ્ત ભંગના કિસ્સામાં જો વિધાર્થીનું એડશન રદ થાય તો ફી પરત મળવાપાત્ર નથી.
4. પ્રમાણપત્ર મેળવવા માટે તાલીમાર્થી દ્રારા જે તે કોર્ષની પરીક્ષા ફરજિયાત પાસ કરવાની રહેશે.
5. પરીક્ષા અને પ્રમાણપત્રનું માધ્યમ Online જ રહેશે.
6. રેફરલ ઇન્કમની ટકાવારીનો દર સંપૂણં પણે Pccf ને હસ્તક રહેશે.
7. કોર્ષમાં પ્રવેશ લેનાર તાલીમાર્થીએ સંસ્થાના તમામ નિયમો ફરજિયાત પાળવાના રહેશે સંસ્થાના નિયમો અને શરતોમાં ફેરફાર કરવાનો હક Pccf ને રહેશે.
8. સંસ્થાની પ્રનિષ્ઠાને આંચ આવે એવા કાર્ય બદલ કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી થશે.
9. દરેક તાલીમાર્થીએ સંસ્થાને વફાદાર રહીને આભ્યાસ તેમજ અન્ય કાર્ય કરવાના રહેશે.
10. Online કોર્ષ પર મળવાપાત્ર ઇન્કમ સંસ્થાના નિયમોને આધીન આપના ખતામાં જમા થશે.
11. દરેક તાલીમાર્થીને મળવાપાત્ર ઇન્કમાંથી સરકારશ્રી ના નિયમો મુજબના ટેક્ષ (GST,TDS વગેરે) બાદ કરીબે જ ઇન્કમની ગણતરી કરવામાં આવશે.
12. રેફરલ ઇન્કમ જમા કરાવવામાં સંસ્થાની મુનસફી મુખ્ય રહેશે. આ સમયે તાલીમાર્થીએ સંસ્થાને અહકાર આપવાનો રહેશે.
13. સંસ્થાના વખતોવખતના નિયમોથી તલીમાર્થીએ વાકેફે રહેવાનું છે. નિયમો બાબતની જણકારી તાલીમાર્થીએ રાખવાની રહેશે.
14. સેન્ટરમાં મોનાઇલ પ્રતિબંધ છે.
15. ચાલુ વર્ગમાં કોઇપણ પ્રકારનું વ્યસન થઇ શકશે નહીં.
16. સેન્ટરમાં અપશબ્દો બોલવા કે ગેરવર્તન કરવા બદલ એડમિશન રદ થશે.
17. ચાલુ વર્ગે રજા સિવાય વર્ગ છોડી શકાશે નહીં.
18. તાલીમાર્થીએ રજા મંજૂર કરવા એક દિવસ અગાઉ લેખિતમાં રજા અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. આમ નહીં કરનાર તાલીમાર્થીને સંસ્થાના નિયમો મુજબ દંડ ભરવાનો થશે.
19. અનિવાર્ય સંજોગો સિવાય ફોન દ્રારા કોઇપણ તાલીમાર્થીની રજા વિનંતી ગ્રાહ્ય રાખવામાં આવશે નહીં.
20. તાલીમાર્થીએ સમયસર વર્ગમાં હજર રહેવું અનિવાર્ય છે. કારણ વગર વર્ગમાં બેસી શકાશે નહીં.
21. વિધાર્થીએ કોર્ષ માટેની ફી સેન્ટરમાં નિયમ મુજબ સમયસર અને એડવાન્સમાં જમા કરવાની રહેશે. હપ્તા સિસ્ટમાથી ફી ભરવાનું નક્કી થયું હોય તો ફીના હપ્તા નિયમિત ચુકવવાના રહેશે. અન્યથા દંડ ભરવો પડશે.
22. વિધાર્થીઓની પરિક્ષા Online લેવામાં આવશે અને તે નું પ્રમાણ પત્ર પણ Online PDF File માંજ આપવામાં આવશે જે વિધાર્થી પરિક્ષામાં નપાસ થશે તેને સમય મર્યાદામાં ફરી પરિક્ષા આપવાની રહેશ.
